Welcome Guest,
A suit (black, navy or gray) - Even if you only need a suit a couple of times a year, you’ll be glad not to wear one that looks like it’s a family heirloom.
Black shoes and belt - These can be worn with khakis, jeans and your suit. Trends with belts do change and perhaps it’s wiser to keep tabs on them before you before you belt up your jeans or chinos. Before buying brown, get black.
White dress shirt (good for day and night occasions) - White dress shirts can make Dracula look distinguished and approachable. So invest in them freely, clumsy eaters are advised to buy at least five and always launder them before wearing.
Solid tie - Solid ties are easy and versatile. If solid isn't your thing, try a classic diagonal stripe. But with ties, a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, so if you aren’t very confident, treat our advice as gospel.
Blue blazer - A blue blazer is good for all year round and easily coordinates with khakis and other items. If that bores you, try a tweed sport coat but also keep in mind that tweed is really only useful in fall and winter. Either way a blazer or tweed sport coat holds a look together. Remember to skip the cufflinks and belt with a sport jacket.
Khakis and jeans – You can’t have enough and we can’t say this often enough, your days of skin fitted jeans and khakis are over.
Briefcase - A briefcase does not necessarily mean a hard case. It can be soft, or preferably a messenger bag style.
Casual shirt - A casual button down shirt is a must have to wear with jeans or other casual pants.
