OUR RETURNS POLICY
There can be 3 types of returns:
1) Goods Not Accepted by Customer / Not reached customer.
Could be due to the following reasons
::   Refusal by the customer to pay customs duty (in regions where applicable).
::   Customer not available at shipping address.
::   Wrong shipping address.
In the above case, the following procedure will be followed :
::   The customer will be refunded the value of the product less 10% cancellation fee.
::   The shipping cost to the customer will NOT be refunded to the customer.
::   The customer will additionally be charged for “return shipping” back to Zodiac.
 
2) Goods Accepted by Customer but does not require it anymore.
::   The customer will be refunded the value of the product less 10% cancellation fee.   
::   The customer will NOT be refunded the shipping charges.
::   The above will only be done if:                    
 :   The customer returns the item/s within 15 days of reaching him                    
 :   The item is returned unopened in its original packing                    
 :   Zodiac has checked and inspected the returned item, and found no damage therein.   
::  However, the cost of couriering back to Zodiac will be borne by the customer.
 
3) Goods Accepted by Customer but returned due to incorrect product OR defective item.
::   The customer will be refunded the value of the product OR be allowed to exchange for another item.
::   The customer will be refunded the shipping charges.
::   The customer will also be refunded the customs duty if he has paid any (He must enclose a copy of the invoice       for customs duty, along with the damaged item being returned).
::   However the cost of couriering back to Zodiac will be borne by the customer.
