Pursuant to the Scheme of amalgamation every shareholder of Mayfair Limited (transferor co.) holding 2 equity shares of Rs.100/- each fully paid up is entitled to be allotted by Zodiac Clothing Co. Ltd. (transferee co.) 1 equity share of Zodiac Clothing Co. Ltd. of Rs. 10/- each. credited as fully paid up

Ltd. (transferee co.) 1 equity share of Zodiac Clothing Co. Ltd. of Rs. 10/- each. credited as fully paid up
	By virtue of the said amalgamation the shareholding pattern will be as follows:
